Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
• Active Ohio OBOP registration required (as Certified/Registered Technician or Technician Trainee with conditions).
• Two years of pharmacy technician experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with and review work of caregivers, providing feedback to maximize output and efficiency.
• Create and present quality control reports to management regarding team performance and throughput.
• Ensure caregivers are adequately trained and oriented to the work area.
• Provide on-site re-training.
• Serve as a technical resource for the team.
• Work in staff capacity and perform all technician functions.
