Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• State of Colorado Pharmacy Technician Provisional Certification (PHATP) is required.
• Strong typing and computer skills are essential.
• Excellent English reading, writing and speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy technician and train staff in processes.
• Enter patient and prescription information into the system.
• Interact with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues.
• Assist in dispensing under pharmacist supervision, including compounding training.
• Manage cash transactions and daily reconciliation for revenue posting.
• Oversee OTC and RX inventory and support budget goals.
• Deliver customer service with Relationship-Based Care and HIPAA compliance.
