Qualifications

• Typing and using various computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician role training colleagues in Pharmacy Technician processes.
• Enter patient information and prescription orders in the computer.
• Interact with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues.
• Assist in dispensing prescription orders under pharmacist supervision.
• Manage cash register transactions and daily sales reconciliation.
• Oversee OTC inventory and RX inventory to meet budgetary goals.
• Deliver customer service with Relationship-Based Care for safety and patient needs.
