Job summary

Home Life Healthcare Corp. is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to assist pharmacists in triaging, processing, and delivering prescriptions to patients. You will help manage inventory, third-party receivables, and staff training while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities include data entry, cash handling, and providing quality customer service. The role requires standing most of the shift and a valid state license with current registration to practice as a pharmacy

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid State License and current registration to practice Pharmacy
• Ability to stand/walk throughout majority of shift
• Successful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening test

Responsibilities

• Assist the professional staff in triaging, processing and delivery of prescriptions to the patient
• Assist in the management of the Pharmacy Inventory and Third Party Receivables
• Assists in the hiring and training of new employees
• Ensures every prescription is checked by a pharmacist prior to dispensing
• Assist supervising pharmacist with monitoring and reporting quality assurance events
• Assist with inventory tasks such as returns, outdates, and receiving from suppliers
