Home Life Healthcare Corp. is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to assist the professional staff with triaging, processing and delivering prescriptions to patients.

You will help manage inventory and third-party receivables in a fast-paced pharmacy setting. Responsibilities include performing routine clerk duties, operating the pharmacy management and POS systems, ensuring pharmacist review before dispensing, and supporting MTM and patient-centered services while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accuracy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED required.
• AS degree or higher preferred.
• PTCB or other nationally recognized certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in triaging, processing and delivery of prescriptions to patients.
• Assist in pharmacy inventory management and third-party receivables.
• Perform store clerk duties including cash register and answering telephones.
• Learn and operate pharmacy management and POS systems following instructions.
• Ensure every prescription is checked by a pharmacist prior to dispensing.
• Assist in submission and resubmission of all third-party claims.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, manage returns, and cycle counts.
• Comply with HIPAA and corporate policies; participate in mandatory training.
• Support MTM programs and other patient-centered services.
