Qualifications

• Assist in triaging, processing and delivery of prescriptions.
• Assist in management of Pharmacy Inventory and Third Party Receivables.
• Run cash register and answer telephones.
• Understand pharmacy technology including dispensing, data entry and adjudication workflow.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform store clerk duties including cash register and answering telephones.
• Manage inventory processes: ordering, receiving and cycle counting.
• Assist in submitting and resubmitting third party claims.
• Locate prescription files and prepare records for pharmacist review.
• Support the pharmacy management system and POS system across tasks.
• Ensure prescriptions are checked by a pharmacist prior to dispensing.
