CVS Health is seeking a Lead Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service in our retail stores. You will mentor staff, follow SOPs, and assist in daily operations to ensure quality care.

You will help manage inventory, participate in immunization-related tasks where allowed, and work closely with Pharmacists and store leadership to maintain a positive patient experience across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• State-level licensure requirements vary by state.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and coach pharmacy team according to SOPs.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across all workstations.
• Support Pharmacist-on-duty and assist with scheduling and communications.
• Oversee inventory and assist with annual inventories and cycle counts.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members and contribute to growth.
