Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Support Pharmacy Manager and serve as proxy during shifts.
• Oversee safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
• Lead immunization delivery and patient care initiatives.
• Coach and develop pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with regulations.
