Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations in our retail location and deliver safe, personalized care to patients. You will supervise the team, ensure accurate dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and compliance with state board requirements.

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
Overseeing the pharmacy as proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts and coaching the team.
Assisting with inventory management and ensuring compliance with safety guardrails at every workstation.
Contributing to positive patient experiences through empathy and proactive issue resolution with insurance and medications.
Supporting access to care and pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permissible.
