Job summary

Valley Children’s Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacist Lead dedicated to Parenteral Nutrition (PN) services. The role serves as the clinical expert and operational resource, partnering with Pharmacy Administration to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes while developing and updating PN protocols and education.

The successful candidate will lead PN practice standards, drive quality initiatives, and collaborate across Oncology, Med/Surg, NICU, and PICU.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required.
• CA Pharmacist license within 30 days of hire (RPH).
• BLS and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum one year of hospital pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical expert and operational resource for designated specialty area (Oncology, Med/Surg, NICU, PICU, PN).
• Lead PN program: clinical oversight, staff education, quality improvement, and policy implementation.
