Qualifications

• 5+ years pharmacist experience preferred, ideally in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff pharmacists and technicians to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely prescription dispensing.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Communicate with Pharmacy Operations Director to resolve issues.
• Train new pharmacists and ensure appropriate coverage.
