Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a pharmacist to lead the operation and clinical activity of the Pharmacy staff, providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to a diverse patient population in the Atlanta area.

The role requires an active Georgia Pharmacist license and at least two years of clinical pharmacy experience, with potential for advancement and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active Georgia Pharmacist license.
• Two (2) years clinical pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads operation and clinical activity of the Pharmacy Staff to provide pharmaceutical care.
• Acts as a professional resource for the pharmacy team and patients.
• Serves all patients including neonates, pediatrics, adolescent, adults and geriatrics.

As part of the Health care team, leads operation and clinical activity of the Pharmacy Staff so as to provide pharmaceutical care. Acts as a professional resource. Serves all patients, including, but not limited to, neonates, pediatrics, adolescent, adults and geriatrics.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active Georgia Pharmacist license.
• Two (2) years clinical pharmacy experience.

PREFERRED

• ASHP- Accredited Post Graduate Year 1 and 2 Residency or Fellowship or equivalent experience in the specialty area.
• Relevant Pharmacy Specialty Board certification is preferred.
• Previous management experience.

Work Hours:

7:30a-6pm
