Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (Bachelors or PharmD) required.
• Active State Pharmacist License without restrictions.
• Minimum 2+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare medications for final dispensing, including filing and packaging.
• Review orders and cycle-fill medications for accuracy.
• Verify legality and feasibility of dispensing based on allergies and interactions.
• Interpret prescription orders with professional judgment for patient safety.
• Adhere to Federal and State Board regulations and compounding guidelines.
• Transfer prescriptions as needed and assist patients, doctors, nurses.
• Monitor inventory and place orders; communicate stock outages.
• Oversee technicians and provide feedback to supervisor.
• Log all medication errors and perform required documentation.
• Other essential duties as assigned.
