Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) to support management goals and ensure safe, accurate dispensing within a long-term care-focused setting. This on-site role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership, and attention to detail to maintain efficient pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities include comprehensive drug screening, clinical review, and processing of prescriptions, while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (must be from an accredited school)
• Current pharmacist license in good standing in the applicable state
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and dispensing practices
• Proficiency in clinical medication review and drug interactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including workflow management and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Follow DEA policies and company policies and regulatory requirements
• Supervise pharmacy production staff for accurate order entry and efficient workflow
• Verify completeness and accuracy of prescriptions, orders, labels, and dispensing procedures
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing controlled substances
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and participate in on-call rotations
• Provide feedback and support professional development for staff
