Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years work experience preferably within the Specialty Pharmacy space.
• 3 plus years leadership experience.
• Advanced problem solving and decision making skills.

• Advanced communication skills used to lead a team.
• Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of pharmacy staff by providing strategic leadership and oversight for pharmacy support operations.
• Develops and implements operational strategies, establishes performance metrics, and drives process improvements.
• Contributes to strategic decision-making regarding pharmacy support initiatives and goals.
