Pardee UNC Health Care is seeking a Pharmacist In Charge to lead a multidisciplinary team within our pharmacy services. You will oversee dispensary operations, ensure clinical excellence, and collaborate to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include building a high-performing team, developing protocols, educating patients, and ensuring compliant, cost-effective care. A NC Pharmacist license and leadership experience are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• Licensed as Pharmacist in North Carolina.
• Leadership experience required in a pharmacy setting.
• Doctoral degree preferred; three years pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruits, hires, orients, and leads pharmacy professionals within the pharmacy setting.
• Develops and reviews clinical protocols and operational policies.
• Dispenses prescribed pharmaceuticals and educates patients about medications.
• Develops and maintains a training program for the team and mentors staff.

Formação académica
