Qualifications
- Bachelor's in pharmacy or related degree; Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) preferred.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing in practicing state.
- Board certification in a relevant pharmacy specialty preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy, medication safety, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Perform patient outreach and communicate effectively with patients.
- Oversee training and development of clinical pharmacy staff.
- Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and report medication errors and adverse drug reactions.
