The Behavioral Health Outpatient Pharmacy Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at St. Bernards Healthcare oversees clinical, operational, regulatory, and administrative aspects of the outpatient pharmacy.

The PIC ensures safe, accurate, and efficient pharmaceutical care for patients with mental health and substance use disorders while maintaining standards. The role provides leadership to pharmacy staff, collaborates with behavioral health providers and care teams, and ensures controlled substance

Formación

• PharmD from ACPE-accredited school.
• Current Arkansas pharmacist license.
• Experience in retail pharmacy with MTM and prescription workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical, operational, regulatory, and administrative aspects of the outpatient Behavioral Health Pharmacy.
• Provide leadership to pharmacy staff and collaborate with behavioral health teams to optimize care.
• Ensure compliant recordkeeping for controlled substances and permit requirements.
