Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Planner / Scheduler for the Guaynabo, Puerto Rico area to support PM/CM teams and a Life Sciences client. You will lead scheduling efforts, develop integrated CPM schedules, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction to maintain baselines and analyze variances.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in EPCMV life-cycle planning, expert Primavera P6 skills, and strong EVM alignment experience. Onsite role with full-time expectations and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Planning / Scheduling experience on EPCMV life-cycle projects.
• Extensive Primavera P6 experience with expert level understanding.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, EVM alignment, and resource loading.
• Ability to facilitate multi-company IAPs and coordinate with PMs/CMs.
• Experience integrating schedule inputs with earned value tracking.
• Pharma/Biotech construction experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to learn applicable local/state/national guidelines.
• Detail oriented and time-conscious; coordination across EPC functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning / Scheduling team on large or mega projects.
• Interface with engineering, procurement, construction, progress measurement, and the client.
• Develop fully integrated EPCMV schedules from scratch using CPM methods.
• Establish baselines, SV/CP analysis, and lead schedule updates.
• Present schedule status in formal and informal reviews.
• Coordinate EVM with project schedules to ensure alignment.
