The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Maintenance Technician Lead to join our team in Apopka, FL. The Lead will coordinate construction activities, supervise on-site teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
2. Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
3. Lead and supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
4. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
5. Oversee all construction activities, ensuring work meets quality standards.
6. Enforce safety protocols and regulatory requirements on-site.
7. Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, and progress reports.
