Terminix in the United States is seeking a Commercial Service Manager to lead and motivate our Pest Technician teams at the local branch, ensuring service delivery excellence and safety compliance. You will oversee scheduling, route execution, inventory, and training while driving customer satisfaction and growth.

The role requires an associate degree and a valid driver's license, with a four-year degree highly desirable and 1–2 years of related experience being helpful.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians' performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Support continual training of local sales and service teams.
