Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to lead and develop a team of Fitness Professionals in Las Vegas. You will champion the Life Time Training brand on the floor, deliver the best Dynamic Personal Training experience, and coach team members through onboarding, coaching sessions, and sales processes.

Your personal production targets will align with division goals, while you grow your team’s performance. You will also educate on products and services, manage connectivity and sales processes,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Minimum 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Proven leadership or management capability.
• Strong communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
• Be responsible for the total experience and results of all clients.
• Operate as a Player-Coach by managing your own book of business.
• Oversee quality and consistency of products, services, programs, and floor experience.
• Develop strategies to meet productivity goals and drive department-wide initiatives.
• Generate new clients and refer them to appropriate fitness professionals.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events.
• Handle scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for all programs and classes.
