Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide a team of Fitness Professionals and drive outstanding member experiences on the fitness floor.

You will coach, onboard new teammates, and help your team reach personal and division goals while selling training to newer professionals and managing live client sessions. You will balance your own production with team coaching, ensure program quality, and coordinate scheduling and events to promote Life Time Training initiatives, including 60 Day

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Certified Personal Trainer certification required.
CPR and AED certifications required.
Minimum 2 years of personal training experience.
Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
Strong communication, sales, program design and coaching skills.
Ability to drive results through others.

Responsibilities

Manages, supports, develops, coaches, and mentors a team of fitness professionals to be successful based on brand and performance expectations.
Responsible for the total experience and results of all clients.
Be a Player-Coach by leading through Dynamic Personal Training and managing your own book of business.
Oversees the quality and consistency of products, services, programs, and fitness floor experience for the team.
Develops and implements strategies to meet productivity goals for the personal training team.
Generates new clients and refers them to appropriate fitness professionals based on client needs.
Promotes Life Time Training initiatives such as 60 Day and other events.
Completes and supports scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for all programs and classes.
