The position offers a salary range of $40,000 - $70,000, with additional bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer required.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Must have solid understanding of fitness industry and key business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of Personal Trainers.
• Meet client acquisition and retention targets.
• Coach direct reports on client engagement strategies.
• Drive Crunch One Kickoff appointments to achieve targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to member inquiries.
• Administer and track performance data for the department.
