Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a capable individual to lead curbside order assembly. You will supervise department staff, stay current on product selection and safety standards, and promote outstanding customer service for online orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and one or more years of related experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age; 21 years of age in Louisiana where applicable.
• Partners must be 21+ to drive for company business per policy.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees preparation of online orders, ensuring accurate selection from shelves.
• Provides friendly, customer-service oriented support by phone and in person.
• Maintains product knowledge and food safety standards for order quality.
• Stores orders at proper temperatures and retrieves them promptly.
• Ensures accurate checkout totals by weighing, scanning and tallying items.
• Keeps relevant documentation for curbside procedures up to date.
• Gives feedback to store management on department and partner performance.
• Identifies out-of-stock items and suggests substitutions or deals.
