Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club in Apple Valley, MN is seeking an Associate Supervisor to support management in supervising associates, assigning duties, and guiding team members in member service approaches and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and providing guidance to ensure customer service quality.
• Oversee ecommerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club) and resolve online customer issues and feedback.
• Manage Club Pickup operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and monitor CPU performance.
• Support store safety by conducting safety checks and adhering to hazardous materials handling policies.
• Assist recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates to maintain staffing and performance levels.
• Provide strong member service, assist with purchases, resolve member issues, and promote Walmart products and services.
