Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute the experimentation roadmap for upfront application entry points with Design, Credit Risk and Analytics.
• Optimize the offer selection and counter-offer UX for clear, intuitive financial choices.
• Leverage AI for rapid prototyping to translate insights into actionable requirements for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Tech, Design, and Marketing to ensure frontend execution and event tracking.
• Manage delivery, track bugs, production health, and compliance for the upfront screens.
