Job summary

DJC Law in Austin, TX seeks an accomplished Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with significant trial experience to join our growing plaintiff practice. You will independently manage a full docket from filing to trial, develop winning strategies, and maximize case value for clients.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years of PI litigation, strong courtroom presence, and a proven ability to mentor junior attorneys while contributing to a high-performing team focused on justice and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Experience handling cases through litigation, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and trial strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full litigation caseload from filing through resolution or trial.
• Oversee all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct initial client consultations and maintain consistent client communication throughout the life of each case.
• Evaluate case value and develop effective litigation strategies to maximize outcomes.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development and litigation standards.
