Job summary

Enable is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator for the North East Services, based in Dundee. This full-time role offers 39 hours per week and a salary of £30,900 per annum, with a requirement for a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

You will lead a team of Personal Assistants, conduct appraisals, inductions and support planning while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience leading teams of Personal Assistants or care staff.
• Experience with adults and children with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants.
• Conduct regular supervisions, observations and performance reviews.
• Assist with induction of new staff.
• Support attendance, absence and staff wellbeing.
• Promote positive communication and effective team working.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred support for people we support.
• Participate in assessments, support planning, reviews and risk assessments.
