Job summary

America's Heartland Packing is seeking a Rendering Lead Operator to manage production equipment across the rendering department. The role requires ensuring job specifications, monitoring quality, and maintaining accurate production records.

• Maintain a neat and clean area around machines
• Assist in other departments as needed

Overview

Job Summary The Rendering Lead Operator will be proficient on all production equipment in the department. Understand work specifications needed for each job. Monitor job quality throughout the production run. Adhere to quality checklist. Along with being an asset to the other Rendering Operators on shift for questions and concerns.

Qualifications

• Ability to attend work consistently.
• Must be able to withstand long periods in cold, warm, or wet/damp environments.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Be adaptable and dependable with the ability to follow direction and work in cooperation with others.
• Ability to perform consistent, accurate work minimal direction and work successfully as part of a team.
• Maintenance aptitude recommended.

Summary

America's Heartland Packing is set to open its doors in early 2025. The 775,000 sq. ft. greenfield project will include a harvest floor, carcass chillers, fabrication area, rendering, further processing area, storage coolers, freezers, and loading docks.
