Job summary

Le Sueur Incorporated is seeking a 3rd shift Supervisor to lead molding operations from 10pm to 6:30am, with overtime on Saturdays as needed. The role requires coordinating daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee equipment and material flow, and partner with management to meet production goals in a non-climate controlled plastics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School diploma and 1-2 years in a plastics manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: 3-5 years in plastics manufacturing or injection molding operations; supervisory experience.
• Ability to train and develop team members and enforce safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily molding operations for the assigned shift.
• Oversee machine setup, changeovers, and startup procedures for production runs.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Lead shift communication, address concerns, and document actions for management.
• Promote continuous improvement and lean practices within molding operations.
