Le Sueur Incorporated is hiring for 1st shift Perm Mold operator roles in Minnesota. You will operate perm mold equipment safely, learn machine programming, and inspect aluminum castings to ensure quality according to work instructions.

Occasional molten metal pouring may be required, with emphasis on safe procedures and accurate documentation. The role requires reading English work instructions, basic computer use, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand English language work instructions.
• Independent decision-making and self-management are essential.
• One or more years of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Perm Mold equipment safely and learn all aspects, including operation and programming of perm mold machines and peripheral equipment.
• Inspect aluminum castings and parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• May pour molten metal as needed.
• Read and follow written English work instructions and work with basic computer usage.
• Perform manual lifting and handling of up to 50 lbs and work in non-climate controlled environments.
