Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with team and management.
• Must lead, coach, and discipline staff as required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily production and assign machines per rotation.
• Direct shift production activities and oversee duties.
• Assist management with production requirements.
• Ensure QA measures are followed; guide quality inspectors.
• Oversee training for new hires and ongoing staff.
• Enforce safety policies and respond to incidents.
• Report production and inventory using the DELMIAWorks ERP.
• Handle employee complaints, grievances, and performance issues.
