Job summary

Unifeye Vision Partners in Upland, CA is hiring a Registered Nurse Lead to provide high-quality peri-operative nursing care and to perform Lead RN duties in support of the ASC Nurse Manager. The role includes leading staff, coordinating patient flow, and educating patients and families.

Required are a California RN license, ACLS and BLS, and a minimum of 5 years RN experience in hospital or surgical settings, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited Registered Nursing Program from college or technical school (RN).
• One-year pre-operative and post-operative experience highly preferred.
• Experience as a lead or charge nurse strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize patient flow from registration through discharge.
• Lead RN duties including training staff and coordinating peri-operative care.
• Assist ASC Nurse Manager with scheduling and CMS compliance.
