Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in auditing or related field such as business administration, finance, public administration or accounting.
• At least 4 years of performance auditing experience or equivalent.
• Professional auditing knowledge through certification is highly desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans, and administers audit program operations and workflows.
• Exerts full supervisory authority over staff, including performance appraisals and leave approvals.
• Develops long-range program goals and allocates resources to shifting priorities.
• Directs and oversees financial, operational, IT, and contract audits to evaluate controls and compliance.
• Detects fraud and misconduct and provides investigative support.
• Liaises with executives, high-level officials, external investigators, and contractors on audit matters.
