You will guide technology evaluation, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust CMC strategies across development stages. The role requires a strong background in peptide chemistry and process development, with expertise in cGMP, analytical methods, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD with required peptide experience.
• Extensive knowledge of organic and peptide chemistry and manufacturing.
• Experience with scale-up, technology transfer, and process development.
• Strong report writing and data analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with cGMP and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex research, process development, scale-up, and troubleshooting activities.
• Develop technical strategies and experimental approaches for challenging objectives.
• Serve as technical lead for development programs and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and review complex technical reports, risk assessments, and customer documentation.
• Identify and implement innovative technologies to improve capabilities and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and technology implementation within the department.
• Mentor Scientists and other technical personnel.
