Job summary

Synechron in Minneapolis seeks a Lead PeopleSoft Developer to design, implement, and support PeopleSoft applications across the organization. You will provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and ensure reliability, performance, and security of the PeopleSoft environment.

Collaboration with stakeholders, consultants, and vendors is essential to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals. The base salary in Minneapolis ranges with experience and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in PeopleSoft development, technical design, and application support.
• Experience serving as a technical lead or senior developer on PeopleSoft projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft development technologies.
• Proficiency in REST, SOAP, web services, APIs, and file-based interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, customization, integration, testing, deployment, and support of PeopleSoft applications.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into effective PeopleSoft solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for implementations, upgrades, patches, and production support.
• Review architecture and improve performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead integrations between PeopleSoft and internal/third-party systems via REST/SOAP/API.
• Establish development standards, coding practices, and change-control procedures.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
• Mentor developers and coordinate with infra, DB, and security teams.
