Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Lead PeopleSoft Developer to lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of PeopleSoft applications in Minneapolis. The base salary for this role is $120k–$130k/year plus benefits, with 10+ years in PeopleSoft development and strong expertise in HCM/FSCM/Campus Solutions.

Responsibilities include architecting technical solutions, developing customizations, supporting existing functionality, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development and support.
• Strong experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and SQR.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions modules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database development skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM updates, and migration activities.
• Knowledge of Application Packages, Fluid UI, and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring developers.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design supportable technical solutions for complex business requirements.
• Develop customizations for projects and production enhancements using PeopleSoft tools such as Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, and Integration Broker.
• Provide support and maintenance of existing customizations and application functionality.
• Triage/debug issues and identify root cause and corrective actions.
