Job summary

Synechron seeks an experienced Lead PeopleSoft Developer to guide the design, development, and support of PeopleSoft applications. The role emphasizes architecture, customization, and integration work across HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions modules, with strong stakeholder collaboration.

The position offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities to work across a global client base, including tier-one banks and financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development and support.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions modules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database development skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM updates, and migration activities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design supportable technical solutions for complex business requirements.
• Develop customizations for projects and production enhancements using PeopleSoft tools such as Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, and Integration Broker.
• Provide support and maintenance of existing customizations and application functionality.
• Triage/debug issues and identify root cause and corrective actions.
