Job summary

EY is recruiting a Manager in the Attack & Penetration Testing team based in the United States. You will lead sophisticated offensive security operations and drive client resilience against cyber threats.

You will mentor analysts, manage penetration testing projects across internet, intranet, web apps, and cloud, and represent EY at industry events. Travel up to 50% is expected as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or a related major with 6+ years of related work experience or a Master’s with 3–4+ years in penetration testing.
• Experience in managing and executing penetration testing projects and reporting.
• Experience with scripting / programming (Python, PowerShell, Java, etc).

Responsibilities

• Lead offensive security engagements including penetration testing, red team, and purple team exercises.
• Oversee delivery of high‑quality client reports and executive briefings.
• Mentor analysts, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and stay current with cyber threats and industry trends.
