Job summary

LRQA is a global assurance partner seeking a Principal Security Consultant to lead penetration testing engagements in New York. You will manage the full lifecycle of security projects, mentor a team of testers, and maintain strategic client relationships while contributing to service development.

You will provide technical leadership across testing activities and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality security assessments and actionable findings.

Qualifications

• Extensive penetration testing experience across apps, infra, cloud and mobile.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to lead engagements and mentor teams.
• Strong client relationship and presales support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Penetration Testing and related security activities.
• Manage the full lifecycle of security engagements, including kick-off calls, testing, reporting, and debriefs.
• Act as the primary contact for strategic clients.
• Produce high-quality and thorough reports.
• Develop and maintain professional, consultative client relationships.
• Mentor Security Consultants and contribute to team and process improvement.
