PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering Manager based in Dallas, TX, or Pittsburgh, PA. Lead Pega delivery across multiple agile crews, governing platform standards and engineering practices while building internal Pega capabilities.

You will guide senior engineers, drive SDLC discipline, and collaborate with product and risk stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of industry experience.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple development crews and Pega delivery initiatives across a major business segment.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for Pega engineers and technical leads.
• Ensure predictable delivery through planning, staffing, and dependency management.
• Partner with product, architecture, risk, and operations stakeholders to align Pega solutions to business goals.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise risk management, security, and regulatory standards.
• Own Pega engineering quality, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Drive adoption of standard SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices within the Pega platform.
