Qualifications

• University degree and 8+ years of industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of prior management experience.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple engineering teams responsible for application development, configuration, integration, and platform support.
• Oversee the talent management of engineering talent, including recruiting, mentoring, and enabling a culture of learning with a focus on engineering craftsmanship.
• Foster technological innovation, ensuring adoption of current trends, capabilities, and practices emerging in the market. Encourage sound technology choices and drive innovative technology architecture and solution design.
• Identify issues, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and proactively manage platform risks, technical debt, and capacity constraints that may impact delivery or planning accuracy
• Collaborate with Technology Directors, Program Management, Finance, and Change Management teams to ensure platforms meet business, governance, and reporting needs.
• Translate enterprise planning and execution requirements into actionable engineering priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on planning and execution technology capabilities and constraints.
