Eyas Landing - Avondale in Chicago is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist Department Lead to oversee a team of therapists and deliver therapy to children in a clinic setting.

You will foster mobility and gross motor development, collaborate with occupational and speech therapists, document progress for families and funders, and pursue leadership growth including Department Head and instructor roles. Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm; on-site, multi-disciplinary team, comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Illinois Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) license through IDFPR.
• Experience providing behavior therapy services to children with autism or other neurodevelopmental differences.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized therapy and therapeutic rotations.
• Collaborate with other therapists and social workers.
• Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care.
• Provide mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists.
