Job summary

Eyas Landing in Chicago, IL seeks a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic team and provide evidence-based, play-focused therapy to children. You will support mobility, gross motor development and functional independence across home, school and clinic settings.

Collaborate with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers, to deliver individualized care and communicate progress with families for continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Part-Time pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work with children and families
• Experience with ASD, ADHD, and neurodiverse needs beneficial

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to children in clinic, school, and home settings
• Implement DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition and IRM approaches
• Collaborate daily with occupational and speech therapists and social workers
• Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care
