Tehemina Richardson DDS PC is seeking a Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant to join a patient-centered, growth-minded practice in Evanston, IL. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and operational excellence to elevate care for children and families.

You will mentor staff, help coordinate schedules, optimize workflows, and maintain a calm, trauma-informed environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in pediatric dentistry, certification in coronal polishing and nitrous oxide

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pediatric dental assisting experience (preferred).
• Certification or strong experience in coronal polishing and nitrous oxide monitoring.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive.
• Strong interpersonal skills with natural leadership ability.
• Passion for working with children, including those with special healthcare needs.
