Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of employment.
• 5+ years of clinical experience and administrative experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience working for a clinic, community-based organization and inpatient unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide Primary Care services to a panel of members.
• Work in a team environment with social work and nursing.
• Accept same day/next day urgent appointments.
