Job summary

Teleo is seeking an experienced PCB Design Engineer to own the full lifecycle of board development from schematic to production release. You will clean up existing designs, and documentations, and design power stages, analog/digital interfaces, while ensuring robust validation and EMC compliance.

On-site in Palo Alto, you will collaborate closely with the embedded firmware team to enable rapid bring-up. Required: a B.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional electrical engineering experience with PCB design through production.
• Strong analog and digital circuit design fundamentals.
• Experience designing low-voltage power circuits with high-current stages.
• Proficient in KiCad (schematic capture, layout, BOM management).

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of PCB design: schematic capture, layout, simulation, prototyping, validation, and production release.
• Clean up schematics, BOMs, and documentation for maintainability.
• Design power stages, sensor interfaces, high-precision analog I/O, digital I/O, and galvanic isolation circuits.
• Establish and own validation and test practices: bench testing, ESD, load testing, resonance tuning.
• Manage DFM reviews and liaise with contract manufacturers and fab houses.
• Own compliance and EMC testing.
• Collaborate with embedded firmware team on board bring-up and hardware-software integration.
• Provide high-level systems guidance on cable harnesses and electrical architecture.
