Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated PBQ training and development certification or equivalent
• Experience supervising direct reports and influencing cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to achieve measurable PBQ improvement results through structured problem solving and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Quality Manager in developing and implementing a PBQ program and risk-based strategy
• Manage and supervise PBQ team members and PBQ activities
• Analyze data from processes and metrics across projects and functions
• Develop performance metrics to measure PBQ initiative effectiveness
• Lead PBQ workshops and training sessions to educate employees on PBQ methodologies
• Provide input into standardized PBQ performance indicators for the project
• Foster continuous improvement through collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization
• Lead PBQ efforts and partner with project teams to improve performance
