• Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles time cards and prepares worksheets for the office manager.
• Posts payroll weekly and handles related postings.
• Assists in monthly closings and prepares analysis of accounts.
• Supervises and assists other payroll staff as needed.
• Maintains personnel files and payroll changes/reports; prepares quarterly reports and W‑2s.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
